Center for Urban Education Fund
The Center for Urban Education (CUE) was created in 2003 to serve urban communities through improving educational experiences as well as understanding the larger social system that impacts learning overall. Our purpose is to pursue education transformation toward freedom through a range of creative and intellectual endeavors. CUE is a space of learning and sharing with communities to positively transform education.
A
philanthropic gift to the Center for Urban Education will support our research,
service, and knowledge dissemination, which focuses on three key areas:
Community Partnership & Engagement, Educator Development & Practice,
and Student Academic & Social Development.
For the past two decades, CUE has made an incredible impact in the Pittsburgh community through initiatives like the annual CUE Summer Educator Forum (CUESEF), MathUp Connections, #CUETalks Lecture Series, and more.
