Epsilon Eta Delta
Epsilon Eta Delta is Pitt's environmental honors co-ed
fraternity on campus. The mission of our organization is to bridge the gap from
the undergraduate atmosphere to professional environmental fields for students
at the University of Pittsburgh. In doing so, we develop a network of
environmental stewards to more effectively deal with the realities of our
world’s changing climate and loss of biodiversity. All donations received from
Pitt's Day of Giving will be used to expand our capacity to engage in community
and campus-wide service opportunities, educational initiatives, research
opportunities, and climate action commitments. Donated funds provide crucial
resources for the organization to initiate and sustain impactful environmental
projects, including community outreach programs and frontline conservation
efforts. Furthermore, funds help to reduce and minimize any financial barriers
to entry or engagement for organization members. Financial support ensures that
students of all backgrounds and identities with a commitment to environmental
issues can access quality education without being burdened by financial
constraints. Diversity, equity, and inclusion in the environmental space is an
inherent part of our work, and we are committed to furthering that mission at
the University of Pittsburgh. We thank you in advance for your support,
generosity, contributions, and commitment to environmental activism at Pitt!
