Challenges:

⚡Dean Oakley will personally donate a total of $1,000. $500 will go to the fund that raises the most money in the Dental School and $500 will go to the fund with the highest number of donors in the Dental School.

⚡Dean Oakley will personally provide lunch to the dental class, dental hygiene class or Residents/ OCS students that has the highest percentage of donors (out of total number of students in the class) in the Dental School.

⚡Pitt Dental Medicine is hosting a PDoG Dog and Mini-Panther show in Salk Hall on February 24.


BOV Challenge: If we hit our goal of 315 donors we will unlock $9,000+ in extra funds from our Board of Visitors.


Departmental Challenges: If the following departments receive more total gifts this year than they did last year, they will unlock additional funds for their department. 

Pediatric Dental Care Fund needs 31 donors to unlock $1500, donated by Dr. Deborah Studen-Pavlovich and Dr. Abimbola Adewumi. - UNLOCKED

Periodontics needs 8 donors to unlock $1000, donated by Dr. Cyrus Mozayan - UNLOCKED

Hygiene needs 45 donors to unlock $500, donated by Linda Straub-Bruce. - UNLOCKED

Healthy Smiles Fund needs 16 donors to unlock $5,000, donated by Dr. Patrick DeMarco. - UNLOCKED

Oral pathology needs 9 donors to unlock $2,000, donated by Dr. Kurt Summersgill. - UNLOCKED

Orthodontics needs 8 donors to unlock $1,250, donated by Dr. Robert Mortimer. - UNLOCKED
